Located in Atlanta’s Upper Westside at Collier Road and Defoor Hills Road, Defoor Hills is an adaptive reuse of three existing warehouse buildings. New City, with partners Sweetwater Holdings and Wyatt Capital, undertook significant renovations that have injected new life into the old structures, exposing 19?-24? steel-truss ceilings, concrete floors and integrating interior work spaces with the world outside through the creation of open-air courtyards. At a total of 90,000 square feet of space, the buildings have the flexibility to function as open workspace, maker-space, gallery/showroom or creative office.
