Ponce City Market

While working at Jamestown, Jim Irwin led the redevelopment of Ponce City Market, one of the largest and most significant historic rehabilitation projects in the nation.  Ponce City Market was originally constructed by Sears & Roebuck in 1926 as a regional distribution center and now contains 330,000sf of retail and restaurants, 560,000sf of Class-A loft office space and 259 residential units.
