Holland supports financing, development, and asset management activities for New City. Previously, Holland worked at JLL in Atlanta on the debt and equity placement team, arranging financing for office, retail, hospitality, multifamily, and mixed-use properties, including New City’s Neuhoff development in Nashville. Holland came to JLL’s capital markets team through the acquisition of HFF in 2019. She is active in the real estate community as a member of CRE615 and WCRE in Nashville.
Holland graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia in 2019 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. She currently resides in Nashville, TN.
