Jade Auzenne’s primary responsibility is to manage the lease up, stabilization and overall strategy of New City’s developed assets. Prior to joining New City, Jade worked in Asset Management at Jamestown Properties where she worked on a portfolio of office, retail and multifamily assets, primarily on the west coast and in the southeast. Prior to Jamestown, she worked in the Private Bank at JP Morgan and the Corporate Bank at Bank of America, both in New York City.
Jade completed her MBA from Harvard Business School and holds an Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. Jade is a member of the Urban Land Institute, and currently resides in Old Fourth Ward with her husband Mike.
